You pick the room type, and we'll do our best to accommodate view preferences or floor requests if you mention 'em when booking. Can't guarantee specific room numbers, but if you want something particular, just ask - we're pretty flexible.

Standard check-in's at 3pm, checkout at 11am. But we get it - travel schedules are weird. If the room's ready earlier or no one's coming in right after you, we'll make it work. Just shoot us a message and we'll see what's possible.

We've got a few pairs of rooms that connect, though they go fast during holidays. Best bet is calling us directly rather than booking online - we can coordinate things better that way and make sure everyone's comfortable.

Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival and you'll get a full refund. After that, we charge one night. Life happens though - if there's an emergency, talk to us. We're not robots about this stuff.
